We as an organisation and as a family feel it’s only natural to want to help those who are in need. We also know that there is power in coming together & along our journey we hope to empower & inspire other people & businesses to do the same. To use their blessings to bring light into others lives & at the same time enriching their own. It is through these core beliefs that our non for profit charity – SILK Project Worldwide was born. Our Mission.
The effects of poverty are devastating. Our mission is to help provide people in disadvantaged areas all over the world, including within Australia, the basic necessities that every human being is entitled to. Providing not just a quick fix from afar but long term, easily maintained solutions from the ground. These solutions will be provided through actively planning, building, supplying & connecting. Ultimately the aim for each project is to spend time with the people, access what is needed & come up with a plan of action that will set these communities up to not only obtain self-sustainability but to also maintain it as it grows onwards with each passing generation.
