Cancellation Policy
In consideration to other clients & our time please give a minimum of 24hrs notice for cancellations or 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.

No show Policy
In consideration to other clients and Silk Studio If an appointment is booked and cannot be kept please notify the salon if no contact is made a No show fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.
