How much is the monthly membership payment and when will this get taken out?

The monthly payments are $59.95 plus a $1.40 transaction fee This is direct debited on the first of each month.

What do I get for my $59.95?

Each month you will choose two free Services one from the Members Main Menu (MMM) & one from the Members Exra Menu (MEM), 50% off all IPL hair reduction & Skin Rejuvenation, 20% of all other Skin & Beauty Treatments, 15% off all other Hair products & services, $399 Microblading, $99 Skin Needling, $99 Dermaplaning, $99 Oxygen Therapy, $99 Meditation Facial, $99 Pure Fiji Facial, Free Consultations- usually $49-$69, 15% off Skin o2 cosmecueticals & Makeup, 15% off Issada Makeup, 15% off Pure Fiji, Free back, neck, scalp massage on your birthday (usually $44), Transfer your two free monthly services to  a friend or family member for only $20.

What does a Members Microdermabrasion Treatment Include? Dermograph Skin Consultation, starting with a Relaxation  Scalp Massage, Double Cleanse, warm towel therapy throughout, full micro-exfoliate, thorough Diamond Microdermabrasion, Hyaluronic Infusion, Massage- face, neck & décolletage, Vitamin A.C.E Infusion, finished with Multi-Vitamin Anti-Oxidant & Peptide eye cream. Allow 45min

Is it true that my friends and family can redeem my two free Membership Services if I am away?

Yes. The person just needs to bring in your card and let us know that they will be redeeming your treatments. This will only cost them $20 on the day.

Can I sign up online?

Yes. Simply visit the Membership section on the website and follow the prompts. You will be able to securely & easily sign up for our Memberships & set up your direct debit, however you will need to pay your join up fee & collect your Membership Card in store.

How do I cancel my Membership?

To cancel your Membership, simply request a cancellation with us via email at info@silkstudio.com.au There will be a $99 cancellation fee if you cancel within the first 12 months.

When can I receive my first treatment?

Your first two free monthly treatments & Member benefits will be available once your first $59.95 payment is made. This is direct debited on the first of each month, however a manual payment can be made before this date if you wish to receive benefits sooner.

How long is my Membership for?

All memberships are ongoing, however if a Membership is cancelled within the first 12 months, there is a $99 cancellation fee that applies.

What if I lose my card?

If you lose your Membership card, simply contact Silk and they will provide you a new one for $15.

What happens if my payment bounces?

If for any reason a payment is missed, there is a failed payment fee of $9.79 One of our friendly team will be in contact with you to make a Membership payment over the phone. Once the payment has been made, you are free to enjoy the benefits of your Silk Membership once more.

From the moment of a failed payment your membership is put on hold. If the Member is non-contactable we will re attempt to direct debit the amount after 7 days. If no payment is taken a $9.79 missed payment fee will be applied to the account. If the membership holder remains non-contactable then after 14 days from the first missed payment the membership will go into cancellation phase.

Please note if the Membership has been held for under 12 months a $99 cancellation fee will also be applied to the account and Membership ceased.

What treatments are involved in my complimentary high value consultations?

IPL/Laser, Cosmetic Tattooing, All Clinic Skin Treatments-including Needling & Skin Peels

Do I receive my discounted services and products after my $99 sign up or after my first $59.95 payment comes out?

As soon as you pay your first monthly payment of $59.95.

Do I receive a further discount off your promotions and packages?

Unfortunately not. Your discount only applies to full priced service and products. No further discount on packages, promotions, add-on’s

What happens if I don't show for my monthly Membership appointment?

If you book your two free Member treatments in & you do not give us a minimum 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your booking or you do not arrive at all, then your Membership treatments for that month become void.

If I miss a month with my two free treatments do they roll over to the next month?

No, they do not roll over. Your two free treatments must be utilised monthly & it is recommended that you stay ahead with your bookings to avoid forgetting to book or missing out on a time you prefer.

Do my two free monthly treatments have to be booked at the same time?

Yes they do need to be booked together at the one appointment time.
